1994 Chevrolet Corvette LT1 Coupe Fastback. Is there anyway to limit the horsepower output, engine RPM, vehicle speed, or all the above when valet parking?

Yeah, don't turn over your keys to anybody doing valet parking.
There is no easy way of doing what your asking, like the valet key on the ZR-1.
Besides, just about every V6 Pony car today has more HP that your '94 LT1.
I agree park where it's safe then walk. A lot of people in this country could use way more walking. I can't believe people that will drive around and around looking for a close parking space instead of just parking and getting a little free exercise.
Depending on where you live throw the valet attendant 5-10 bucks and park your car in the first spot. I do that most of the time unless they really have to drive your car. My 88 has been parked in Atlantic City at the casino numerous times by the valet.
The hotels in downtown St. Louis Missouri REQUIRE valet parking to park in their parking garage or else you park in a public garage. Don't want to leave it to valet and don't want to leave it in a public garage. It is NOT about walking, I walk to the ballpark from any hotel.
I'm still young enough and can walk just fine
so those valet hands will never touch mine!

Frickin' Mid-west commies! That's like in Oregon where you can't pump your own gas.
I wasn't ragging on you brotha!
Most of my friends use valets on a regular basis here in the LA area, I just can't bring myself to do so. If a valet is unavoidable I leave the Vette home and drive my other car.
After all the Vette is 24 yo and nothing is more brittle than 24yo plastic! If they set the P-brake and don't know how to dis-engage or most important; the Vette is loud and rumbley (especially in an indoor garage), somehow that inspires a heavy right foot just from the sound. Rear end breaks loose on command, I could go on and on why I won't trust them. As long as you have comprehensive insurance I guess it would be okay.
I would be more concerned about leaving my Corvette at repair shops. When ever possible stay with your car or make a note on your work order"NO ROAD TESTS".
