Pick up some R 134 A freon. Get the one that has the built in gage. That will tell you where you need to be with the freon. You'll have to find the low side of your a/c system. It's the line that's cold . Just ask the parts store to show you which line it is. Start the car, put the a/c on. Attach the hose to the low side. Read where the gage is. If it need freon, press the trigger. Watch the gage until it reaches where it needs to be.Disconnect hose, scrw cap back on valve. That's it.
That's not it. Your 93 model came from the factory with R12. If your car has not been converted you will not be able to attach an R134 fitting to the car. If you by chance get the fitting attached and pump 134 into a 12 system you may ruin a lot of expensive parts.
Try the search function about the a/c systems in these cars. There are numerous people here with serious knowledge of a/c systems and they have shared a lot.
My two cents...dealing with R12, try taking it to a local mechanic or friend that knows how to deal with recharging these systems and diagnosing a possible leak.
