The Z07 springs /swaybars are stiffer than your FE1 springs so the car will handle better but have a stiffer ride which some don't like.
ZO7 also got the FX3 shocks but you would need all the wiring / electronics installed to make them work in a base car
Steering rack may be the faster (less turns ) version

Depends how you want to drive / like your ride?

I would suggest looking at the links for the sway bars, to ensure they are the correct ones. There might be a difference in length.
