Console harness fried? HELP!

Console harness fried? HELP!
Well, I have the interior changes/upgrades complete and have been reassembling things.
Last night I was putting the console together and doing the electrical hookups according to connector fitment. I had connected and tested the windows and hatch release days ago when it was necessary to have window control to reinstall them. Last night, I connected just about all the connectors and when I hooked up the battery, the console harness started smoking and then all went dead. NO power at all in the car. I had checked for bare wires and found none before the hookups and test.
I disconnected EVERYTHING that I had connected, checked fuses, and the battery itself,(it's OK) but no juice.https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ilies/eek6.gif

Need to find and fix this problem, it's been too long in the garage.
