Well, after months of contemplating and searching, I've found an '04 coupe to replace my '91. It's Torch Red with black interior, in mint condition inside/out with new tires, and it only has less than 23,800 miles on the clock. The car is all stock except for the Borla exhaust. It was formerly an AZ/CA car. I definitely could not pass on this great find. These pics were taken at the showroom.
Great looking car. I personally could not move on from my 1990 primarily because of the sentimental connection - It was my dad's car and I remember going to the dealer with him and picking it up off the truck from Bowling Green, KY.
Good luck to you though and congratulations. Did you get a good deal if you don't mind me asking?

Such a great story. I don't think I could ever trade off a car with memories like that either.

Yes, I agree on keeping your '90 for as long as you can. I did have to work on getting a great deal on the car. It just so happened that it was just the right color combination and '04 year I have been looking for and at such like-new condition. It was also just slightly above my original budget, which I expected. If I didn't grab this, and someone else did, I would have thoroughly regretted it. I'm very picky and particular about the overall condition of the cars I own, so that narrowed my searches quite a bit. The others that I saw were not in the condition I was expecting them to be in. It was the best find within my overall price range. This will be a keeper for quite some time.
It looks like you got yourself a beautiful car. You will definitely enjoy driving it.
I sold my 91 Steel Blue Metallic to buy an Electron Blue 2002 Z06. It is an awesome car.
However, it was not a C4. Now I have the Z06 and a 1992.
Start looking for another C4. You will want one.
Thanks, everyone. It was hard letting go of the C4 since it was my first. I've owned it for over 3 years, but the call of the C5 was always there. I'm so glad I found this one.
That's a super clean car and beautiful. Looks like a nice manual transmission too- my favorite.
A man has to do what he has to do. So many cool cars to drive in such a short life. Enjoy it and post your driving impressions after you wring it out a bit.
