Default Help with RPO Codes

I copied down all of the RPO codes listed in my car and was able to identify all except the following:

BGR, E52, E92, NA5, V73

If anyone is able to identify these, I'd greatly appreciate a reply with your results :)

Thanks guys....I was able to identify the rest of these codes with your help. Either of you (or anyone else for that matter) know what E5Z - Delete Speedometer Adaptor and E9Z - Delete Speedometer Key means?

Thanks again!

The E5Z and E9Z delete codes mean that the mechanical speedometer drives were not installed. You should have a D9A "Speedometer Sensor Arm" installed instead. This is the electronic speedometer drive. The 1990 C-4 speedometer is driven electronicaly not thru a cable.
