I'm still awaiting delivery of my 1986 Coupe but I had a question. I'm not really crazy about the factory radio. I would like to upgrade to a GM CD player (Bose). What years and models would fit this car?

That would be model #16175961 out of 94 - 96 Camaros. Very expensive to get one that has a working CD.
You can sometimes find working 94-96 Camaro Bose CD players on fleabay in the $175.00 to $275.00 range. They are a direct fit and look like they came stock in your dash. You will need an antenna and wiring harness adapter. They mate the old style harness and antenna to the newer Camaro set-up. Very easy to do!
Cool, this would be a cool mod while still keeping the oem look. I have been on the lookout for a C4 and it seems that a vast majority of them for sale now have aftermarket stereos. I love BOSE the sound is great, it's no bass pounding powerhouse but the sound is clear and crisp.
