Default New rotor damage

Recently replaced the rotors and pads all the way around on my 95 coupe.
All look good except for the front right. It already has deep grooves all around it. I am running ceramic pads on the front with Bendix rotors. I am also experiencing grinding when stopping. Would a stuck caliper piston cause this? Is it possible that the brake pad housing could be pushing up against the rotor? Hard to imagine that new ceramic pads could wear out the rotor so fast. Less than 500 miles on the new pads and rotors. Definitely something wrong going on.

Yes sounds like a piston could be stuck or not seated in the bore correctly, does it pull to that side? on a side note no need for ceramic pads and they are hard on rotors.

Intermittant slight pull to the right. I went with the ceramic mostly because I got tired of cleaning brake dust.

I would most definitely pull it apart and check it out. did you re-install the anti-rattle clips? maybe something just came lose.
