You guy's asked for them so here are some pics of the painted intake installed on the car. I will try and get some with the car outside as soon as it stops raining.
Yep, but I dont have the specifics of it. It looks great and seems to be on there really well. After I saw it, made me want to take mine apart so I can clean it and bake it.

mmmm.....muffins....
well i want you to do it first so you will have the specifics for me when i want to do this. i got to degrease my entire engine someday soon might aswell take the intake off then and "spruce it up." :D
Yep, vettenoob knows my secret. I used the oven in my apartment just before I left. I made sure and cleaned it up really well and ran it on the highest temp when I was done to help prevent any heath hazards. I let the paint dry for 24 hours and then baked it at 400* for one hour. You have to be carefull when removing it as the paint if fragil at that temp. Also be sure to have good ventalation too as the fumes can make you very sick and give you a headache if your not carefull. Honestly I would recomend you go to goodwill or salvation army and pick up a used oven for like $50 and use it in the garage so you house doesn't stink and your wife or GF doesn't decide to leave you. :D
I used the same paint 2 years ago to redo the TPI and the valve covers and they came out near chrome in the sun.I didnt BAKE mine so I have to say its easily removed with light cleaners.
Youll have a bt hard time taking a picture of that in the sun unless you can do something with the camera iris or whatever they call that.It is that shiny!
Looks great man!Hope the baked on finish last a long time, and they good part is you can repaint anytime if needed.
:)
