Weatherstrip
I searched a bit but was unable to find what I am looking for. Getting ready to install weatherstrip around windshield of a 1993 coupe. Removed the old one and cleaned the track very well. Dry fitted the new piece and it fits well. My question is whether I need to use adhesive or not. If I do need to use adhesive, where and how much. I am sure someone has done this before and has had success

Curious what weatherstripping you got. I have the same car and need to replace the crappy weatherstripping I bought from Corvette Central. After installation, the stuff began to crack almost immediately, and eventually stuck to the windows. Not only is the weatherstrip ruined, but so is my tint. What product did you select, and why?
