Increase ride height by tightening the spring bolts. (the bolts, one per side that go through the composite spring) If the spring is worn out then replace.
A PO may have installed longer bolts specifically to lower ride height.

Full Definition of RAZE:
1
a) archaic : erase
b) to scrape, cut, or shave off [as in: I want to raze the big Azz back of my C5.
)
2
to destroy to the ground : demolish (eg. raze an old building)
Now, if you want to
raise it, that's another topic.

Check the rear spring to make sure you don't have a problem. They can crack, especially if they are exposed to heat or nasty chemicals.
You might try measuring the length of the bolts so we can compare to ours to see if they are non-stock.

New shocks? Seiously, if those are the originals, they really need to be replaced. When I did mine it raised the rear end considerably.

Just try the new shocks, it's your easiest and cheapest possible solution to a saggin rear end. (on a Corvette) Then go from there.

Exactly why I suggested it. When I replaced mine, which turned out to be bottomed out, as might be yours, while I didn't measure, I would say the chassis lifted somewhere between 1/2" to a full inch.
Now, I'm thinking about lowering bolts
