I changed the thermostat (to 160) just after I bought my 94 6 speed... about 2 months ago the plastic tank split and replaced the radiator with a new all aluminum dual core...
Now with the lower temperatures I see temps ranging from 159 to 167.
I plan on changing it this week end, I'm assuming 180 is stock.
Can I harm anything by running so cool?
should I replace with a 190?
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

The car should be around 200 operating temp for everything to work. If it isn't hitting the right temp, the computer will think it's still cold and add more fuel to warm it up and bring the car up to correct op temp.
