Vacuum Hose Missing - Help Needed

Vacuum Hose Missing - Help Needed
Just realized there is a hose or two (might be the same hose) on my vacuum system. I have no idea if they interconnect or what this hose is for... Someone with experience would be greatly appreciated. One is right by the thermostat and the other is on the other end of the bay. Both have been plugged off with screws... strange....

Okay, the first one should go to the charcoal canister I believe, which if you reconnected that you will improve your gas mileage because right now your evaporative emissions system isn't functional.
And the second one I'm not really sure. It does have to do with secondary air injection though, and I believe that you may see another capped off vacuum line at the rear passenger side the manifold next to the egr solenoid. You may even see the egr solenoid capped off.
I completed removed my secondary air injection system, although I do have an 86 vette sitting on my dads car lot. If you remind me in a pm tomorrow, I can check it out and let you know where it leads to.
