Will a 15 inch rim bolt over the caliper and brakes? I want to put a set of 26 11.50 15 hoosiers on my 92 that a buddy has. They are off his 89 iroc camaro. Im hoping they will work but I dont know the offset and there is no stamping on the rims...

As long as you don't have the 13"J55 brakes. They fit over standard brakes.
As far as I know the difference in the J55 and standard brakes are only the front calipers and rotors. I believe the rear are the same on all the c4s?
Rear rotors are the same size for all C4's. The wheel offset will be the key. Using adapters may help as they would effectively move a wheel further outboard. Tire clearance in the wheelwell may be a concern if you use adapters.
But you should also check with your sanctioning body regarding the use of adapters.
I ran this setup with the Dana 44; 15X10 with 6 1/2" backspacing. 11.5X28X15 MT ET Drags. This picture is from a solid axle C4 but the wheel was the same from the irs.
