Buying a Vette
Hello,
I'm new to the forum. I have the opportunity to buy a 1990 convertible vette from a friend @ my work. I could use some advice on what to look for when I go look at it this wednesday. Here is what I know about it:
White 1990 convt. with both tops
91-96 front and rear bumper covers
I think it has a ground effects kit
Automatic trany
He says he has $10k in stereo equipment
Alarm
Around 30k miles
Some kind of performance chip
He would sell it to me for $12,000
Here are some questions I have for the forum (please excuse my ignorance):
Do the 90s have the LT1?
Is the interior in the 90 the same as the 91-96?

90 models have the L98 motor, and the interior is close to the 91-93. :cheers:

Souns like a decent deal to me. I would use the neighbor locator and find somebody here on the forum that lives close to you to go and take a look at it with you. :)
