Dash fix 1st 3m adehesive
Next bunch of stir sticks,and c clamps.
Start in center and work out.The pinch clamps are the test area i did last night
Cook for 24 hours
Will report back in the morning

I saw this issue in the 1993 Convert I bought for the GF. Rather than use Weather strip Adhesive try E6000 available in better Craft Stores or Walmart on the craft isle. Silver 2 ounce toothpaste type tube.
