Car Cover

Happy New Year All,

I ordered a new car cover this year from Mid America. While the cover fits very well. I am a little concerned that over time it may scratch the car. It is a little rougher material than I expected. What covers do you guys use. This is the one I ordered:

The car is garaged and I am looking for dust and a little water repelency protection mainly when I open the garage door after a heavy rain water drips all over the car from the door crevices.
