Am definetly interested in keeping the car original even if it takes time I have many other projects goin so not in a hurry I have a fully restored 72 charger and two 73 se big blocks working on and a 68 ford Torino numbers matching 289 waiting also

I would upload pics of the chargers but I'm afraid I might be banned from the corvette site especially if you seem their condition compared to the vettes but the vettes coming along nicely

Also to vetteoz I don't believe the engine has any other complications as it does run and quite well when it's not missing even catches a good second and it was to my understanding that the 84 vette stock ecm was tunable but with one time program chips only

Happy to report that I did find an ecm and prom chip via George Williams who seen my post and emailed me that he had the original parts from his ecm swap hoping this gets this car running right ill post more when the part arrives
