One of the hoses on the A.I.R pipe on the left side of the check valve with two clamps on it has a hole in it and is pretty tough (hard). I can't seem to find this what seems to be fitted hose anywhere online. Does anyone know where I would be able to find this hose? Or any alternative ways to replace it I have seen people attempt to just use a regular hose but it blew out a side on theirs.
Yep always list the year of your car. I may have that hose. I saved all my AIR junk when I deleted the AIR on my '85. You might consider doing that as well since your in FL. Its easy and cleans up your engine bay.
Here is a photo of the piece. The hole isn't visible from this angle
There should be one on the other side in a similar location and using the image in Cliff's post likely #68. The GM # for the hose originally would have been 14085800 and was discontinued many years ago.
I'd take the AIR check valve # 22048212 to an auto parts store have them cross that to one of theirs and confirm the ID on the check valve side and measure the diameter of the pipe. You could take that part # also to a dealer to confirm. Best of recollection the check valve will be 5/8 and the pipe smaller maybe 1/2 and that presents the problem. Is there a 5/8 to 1/2 emissions quality hose available that can be found? Likely but it might require some effort. If per chance they're both 5/8 you would be home free and just need a short section of 5/8 emissions quality hose.
The catch will be emissions hose - it would be easier to accomplish with a heater hose but not all heater hose is emissions rated. Some is greater than and some less than.
Could you remove the hose and insert a nipple? Maybe. A vulcanizing tire patch? Maybe also. A patch wouldn't require removal of the hose if the hole is minimal! Could the check valve be 1/2"? Maybe. Removing the hose will likely destroy it.
You mentioned left but isn't that a passenger side image?
I believe the N/A in the inquiry response as "manufacturer" is the NOT AVAILABLE "indicator". An available "still" or "possibly still" would reflect a "GM" indicator. Ain't my work but it seems very likely.

There is large swap meet at the NCRS show in Kissimmee this weekend, and venders from over the country are there, selling lot of used parts that you can build car from there vendors.
Just make sure you look at everything, and there is lot to see, keep eyes open.

Let me go out to my pole barn tomorrow and see if I still have one. I will send you a PM by this time tomorrow if I do.
The wind chill is below 0 here in Michigan and I have not been out there all week.

Jeez but this is nasty weather. No idea what the wind chill factor is but my thermometer show 16F but it feels like minus-something with the wind.
I have not even plowed the pole barn driveway yet as the Vette is not going anywhere this month!
Here is the hose. Measured at 3 1/2". Will this work for you?
PM sent.

If you measure and confirm the hose ID's on either end then the OP could maybe just purchase "NEW" locally before disassembling it. It would seem to be maybe of greater service to the OP to confirm dimensions for a "local" buy vs. a used replacement that regardless of whether it's been installed or on the shelf after removed from an active system is still "aged"! Just sayin'
It wouldn't be unusual in instances that the OE part removed might display the original part #. If that's the case and it were a "project" it could matter I guess! It might only display the original GM spec also, a project might require this over an "off the shelf" service replacement also.
