Life's hustle-n-bustle has forced me to make a tough decision. Within the last two years, I've driven my 93 about 50 miles. I've bought a house, had a child and like 99% of other middle class Americans, I'm forced to work twice as hard as I did 7 years ago. There's just no time for my corvette right now. Not to mention, the car costs me roughly $800/yr. without stepping foot in it. I'm sure there are others in a similar situation but I don't find this a predicament. Just part of life's journey.
So, I don't plan on selling the car. The car will go up on a lift with wheels/tires removed & stored in my basement. Battery removed & on a tender also in the basement. What can I do about the tank, residual fuel in the lines/injectors? How about oil & other fluids? Looking at storing the car 2-4 years.
