My car is a 92. I'm replacing the upper radiator support because the previous owner cut it up when they replaced the radiator. The new/ used one I got came with a sensor mine doesn't have and my research has me believe its an outside temp sensor. My car apparently didn't come with one? Where is the outside temp displayed? My car has the connector for it.
That's used by the C68 (digital) HVAC system. It shows the outside air temperature on the display.
So since I have just the push button HVAC one, I won't see anything and there's no point to installing it? Can I get the C68 one and plug-n-play? I Googled it and that would be a cool upgrade.
