Had the car out a couple times around the neighborhood and needless to say it still has a stumble or bog down at times just like before. Now i've changed everything basically and still not right. Well I had changed the TPS out before I had started the rebuild and now I read the voltage and it's only half of what it should be at idle and full throttle. Ordered a new one, maybe this will solve my stumble issue.
The only other issue would be since I have a Hot Cam, 26lb injectors, 1:6 ratio roller rockers and shorty headers, do i need to get a "tune"? It seems to idle okay, almost stalls when I put it drive though.
Once I get it running well, the interior will get replaced.

Regarding the TPS, check the input signal that is coming from the PCM. You should see ~5V at the TPS. It's a simple rheostat. If you don't have 5V, then you either have a wiring issue or your PCM is bad.

You need a tune, badly. As I recall, stock LT1 injectors are either 19 or 21lbs. I ran 30s with my LT4 when I installed the HOT Cam in order to keep the injector duty cycle reasonable. You can also up the fuel pressure and then convert accordingly in the tune if you want to keep the 26lb injectors.

I have a good TPS now, 5 volts in and 4.68 out at WOT. At idle, .67 volts. Had 1.69 at WOT and .25 at idle before. I have a FSM and will just go over every system. Got to be something simple.
