Help! 1990 alarm issue
I'm having issues with my Corvette alarm going off from time to time without anyone even near the car. I also have my door ajar (passenger door) and interior lights come on and off like christmas lights while driving. Anyone ran into this before?

Alarms are usually triggered by a motion/ shock/sensor they are also wired to come on when a door is open and turns on the interior light if your light is coming on and off this is probably what is setting off the alarm.

Yep, the nail's been hit on the head. This happened to me this past summer and my alarm would just randomly go off in the middle of the night. Fixed the door sensor and haven't had a problem since.
