Had my 93 Vette scanned the other day and pulled 3 codes. 16, 43, 63.
I swapped my cap and rotor which was supposed to be what the the 16 was. 63 is just an 02 sensor so that will be last. But code 43 (from what I've researched) is a knock sensor issue. I don't know where to start my diagnostic. I've located the sensors. So where do I start?

The first thing I would do is find someone with a scanner to see if your really having knock counts..There will be a place on the scanner that shows how many knock counts are recorded for your car....I would also clear the knock counts, then drive around with the scanner hooked up to see how many knock counts your getting a certain times.....You will always get a few knock counts at startup, and maybe a few while under hard acceleration, but you shouldn't be getting them continuously...Knock sensors do go bad, so do Spark Control Modules which are also part of the system for knock control..Using a scanner is a "must" in a situation like yours...Don't overlook the possibility that a bad O2 sensor could be causing the engine to run lean, which in turn could cause engine knock..I would fix the O2 sensor first.........WW
Thanks for the help. I think I know a guy with the right scanner for this car and now I just have to contact him. I was going to do you sensor last but I guess it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and swap it out.
The 93 sensors are known to have issues. The control module is mounted on the memcal and would be very rare if it were faulty. I would inspect circuit wires, and then entertain sensor replacement. First, as has been mentioned, clear codes and see if error is set again.
