85 headlamp motor
I know I'm gonna be a da da da, passenger headlight motor works great sounds normal..but every once in a while it hangs up , I tap the side of the motor and it's fine for a while motor replacement?? Doesn't sound like the gear make no noise

When this happens disconnect the motor and check for 12v between the grey and green if its closing, or between the green and white if its opening. If you get 12v either the motor is running but has a problem with the gear, or you have a bind which opens the contacts in the motor.
