They were really good with me. Ordered my first batch of Zaino when I bought the vette and the Z6 had completely leaked out of the bottle during shipping. No hassles, they just sent me another bottle of Z6.
I guess you can have bad experiences with any company...They were good with me. :cheers:

Ive never really had any problems with them. The one time I returned something because they sent the wrong item, it did take them about 2 months for me to get it. When it came I had forgotten I even ordered it. :rolleyes:

I'm not ordering from them anymore because they have messed up two of my orders recently. I haven't had any problems from the other vendors, yet! :lol:

I ordered a catalog from them on-line and received a order confirmation saying my catalog would arrive in about 10 working days...............This was ONE month ago. At least you would think they would get a catalog to a potential customer. I've ordered through Zip on line with excellent results. :p:
