They are kind of silly! I have the original and it folds in on itself and you have to put it on the can like Goldcylon said. The one from Ecklers at least looks like the walls are straight.
Be careful of what some "judges" tell you. One told me that there were no manual transmissions produced in the 1984-1993 C4's. Only automatics. So I told him that I think that only pertained to the "six cylinder" C4 models. He said he would have to check his sources as he walked away angrily to judge some other cars.

Mine did the same, and after trying to heat/shape it several times, I finally thought, "This is stupid". I threw it away. Cup holder works better w/o it.
I learned (after the fact) that the judges at this particular show were members of the club hosting it. The guy who judged my car had a car in another class. He took first place in his class. What a shock!!!
