A guy in my Corvette club had a car with that ground effects kit on it. I always thought the pieces looked cheesy and didn't fit the body lines of the car.
He sold the car and bought a newer C4. I thought that was great and we're rid of the ugly ground effects kit. Then he put the same ground effects kit on the new one!

That car is ugly except for the interior. I personally prefer a car without aftermarket spoilers and ground effects. I cringe when I see Japanese cars with huge wings on the back. It's all about personal preference.
