MSD unit issue
I have a 94 LT1 which I added a MSD 6al unit. My tach works normal at cruise but when I rev the motor or accelerate quickly the tach bounces back and forth to 0 rpm's MSD tech support send me a tach adapter to correct the problem, but this unit is for an aftermarket tach, not the factory unit I am using. Need some help from any MSD users

Is the stock tach getting it's signal from the tach output of the MSD unit or is from it's original ignition wiring? I left my tach wiring stock when I installed my MSD6AL digital unit and it works just fine. I do have a shiftlight that gets it's rpm signal from the MSD unit and that works also.
