Default Spicing Up A CE

My last two Vette's were torch red with chrome wheels. I love my new (to me) CE but the all silver with silver wheels is a little, well bland. I have been thinking about what I could do to spice up the looks a bit. Thought about chroming the wheels. Didn't want to do anything too drastic.

Went on a run today and one of the guys has this C5. I really liked the way it looks and thought about doing that to mine. I'd go satin black stripes but in vinyl so I could take them off if I wanted. Powder coat the wheel in gloss black and then red in the Corvette script. Maybe red calipers.

I know, it's my car and I should do what I want. I already made the decision to do some mild mods but wanted some feedback. What do you all think?

My personal preference would be the stripes from vettestripes.com
http://www.vettestripes.com/C4-Stripes/c4ce.html
To my eye they compliment the lines on the car much better than simple straight lines.

That certainly is an option. Thanks.

I like the ones that wrap over the rear deck lid down the back. I don't care for the outside boarder stripe though. I wonder if you can get them without that extra stripe?

I don't generally like extra stripes or black wheels, but if you are not sure what you want and want to check out possibilities try plastidip. You can spray on any pattern of stripe and yet pull it off if you don't like it or want to change it. You can also do the wheels for trial the same way.

Have fun.

Hi,
I will have those full length racing stripes for C4 out next week or so. Please contact me if you want those!
