It really all depends on condition and mileage of course.
I know that the color is rare, and it is really cool IMO. However, I would not let color sway what I'd be willing to pay for a '94 Corvette. If the car is good shape and low miles, $6,800 would be a reasonable asking price regardless of color, but color really doesn't do anything to increase value, unless the car has special distinction of ZR-1 or such.
