Default Need help to avoid "thingy"

Buddy of mine who is an internet illiterate tried to explain to me what he needs on his 1993 Anniversary car.

He used thingy enough times that I figured if I put a WTB on the parts for sale thread and said thingy I would get too many responses

So this is what he describes:

He has the emergency brake on his left driver side, which I never knew existed. I thought the Emergency brake handle was always between the seats. Anyway, he needs the "thingy that has 4 screw holes in it that stops the emergency brake from rubbing the seat. He describes it as "sorta round"??? Which to me does not sound like the emergency brake cover. However, guesses welcome

He then goes on to tell me that the 9 hose group that I got for him from Davies Corvette does not include two hoses that have a piece of aluminum tubing in them?

So if anyone can help me please do. I would like to put these things on the WTB thread and get them, or buy from a "thingy distributor" ....If I actually knew what they were and the names of them

Thanks in advance

Any of them in the years of I believe 1988-1996 will work just need to find the right color.

He will only need the parking brake cover, not the carpet. Someone is just trying to sell as a bundle.

Look at this thread and message the poster. He's quite knowledgeable and likely knows what was missing. He's a "he!!uva researcher". He's on-line presently I believe:

Thanks, found out what he is talking about. There are two lines that are metal tubing with factory pressure connects that go to the Rad Overflow tank. Apparently they are not pressurized and are the dump lines?????
