Check your vacuum hoses are connected and the airflow does change, between the windscreen demist floor and the center vents when moving the selector.
You may be able to get another fan motor that will spin faster but yes the airflow is pretty poor i know.

The airflow is not high like modern cars more like a medium speed, however you should feel the air blowing on your face.
Check your vacuum hoses are connected and the airflow does change, between the windscreen demist floor and the center vents when moving the selector.

no it comes out the vents and when ichange the to deforest or heat comes out where it should its just not so very good at all fan works on all 3 speeds and i do here the vacuum was thing maybe the doors in the box did not open all the way but don't know where to start looking Vacuum Actuator but don't know where they are inside the car
