Help Out a C3 Guy

My car is painted torch red which was offered from 93 up. I need to find a spray can for some touch up. Does anyone know where to get one and which paint code to ask for? I know GM dealers don't have aerosol. Thanks.

??? - i bought a couple of 6 or 8 oz spray cans of navy blue metallic from my local chevy dealer for my c5. in fact, a friend of mine bought torch red spray from the same dealer. are you sure about your statement, or is that what they (parts dealer) told you? have your chevy parts guy look it up in the book - bet it's there -

I called the local Chevy dealer and talked to the parts dept. I was told that they didn't carry any areosols. Maybe I got a lazy guy?

you got one lazy parts guy! i called my dealer, and got this information. not knowing if all years torch red have the same codes, i got this on 1996 corvette torch red, paint code 70 or 9075. part number 12345591, 1996 corvette torch red touch up paint in 5 oz spray cans. list price $8.77. call the parts guy back and have him punch in the number into his computer. hope this helps - JoeC
