Anywhere I can look to find a value guide on the 40th anniversary ruby red Corvette convertible?I've checked EBay and a search on Google. Any guide for the special editions? I know you can look one up on NADA but you just get a general car.How much to add for the hard top and such.
Also, any haulers on here that just deals with Corvettes?Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Tony
unless its a supper low mile car its just anther used 21 year old Vette. those cars are like the 78 pace car. way to many people stored those cars away waiting to the value to increase. when they did a lot came out for sale. then the market got flooded.
I have a 1993 ruby red as we'll mine has only 24,000 miles and I have had offers up to 17,000$ for it. If you go on nada you can get a price for the 40th anniversary edition which does add a little value.

Thanks for the nada, gives something to go on.Sold my Studebaker Hawk today, money burning a hole in my pocket.
one source is to just check the biggest metro area near you to see what folks are selling them for on craigslist. not the truest test, but will give you a range to work with (lots of variables of course w/ mileage, condition, etc)..
closest to me is chicago area, a quick check reveals:
11,800
16,499
13,000
15,990
23,900 (ruby red in color)
12,500 ...(you get the idea)
lowest I see price for a '93 is $7995, w/ 74K miles...does not say it's "40th anniversary" but looks ruby red in color, just to give you a range of where they seem to start....good luck!
There was another one I saw here on St. Louis Craigslist a week or two ago. Low miles vert, I think it was around $20k though. It looked pretty clean too.
Check Mecum's, Barrett Jackson, Gooding & Co. and similar auction company websites for what they may have brought on the block recently. That'll give you a pretty good idea. You can also check on upcoming auctions for what you want. Never know, there may be one listed.
