They also have a photocel repair kit if your dash doesnt light up and is hard to read. They will list one soon.
Sounds like the connector between the two PC boards in the cluster has some solder connections that have gone bad (very common problem). Bryan Thompson describes all this on his web site and even has YouTube videos to show you the problems. Check this out:
