1984 Keys

Are there any original 1984 owners who can comment on the number of sets of keys they received when they took delivery of their 1984.

Also, does anyone have any photos of the keys. I am tryingng to determine if the keys had A and B stampings

If an ignition lock cylinder had been changed the cylinder is generally done with a "universal key-way" so if your key showed anything other than an A you could likely get it "copied" to an A blank and it should work. That is NOT cut and dried but it is the way most replacement/service cylinders were done.

Two sets were supplied with mine. The ones stamped "A" were for the ignition, the ones stamped "B" were for the door lock.
