Decoding RPO Codes

Decoding RPO Codes
Today was too hot to do much so in my curiosity, I went and took down the RPO codes on my 88 convert. Then I went to the net and looked up the RPO codes and matched them to my letters. I have deciphered part of them but others are completely off the scale. Please remember this is my first Vette and a lot of this is new to me. Is there a sensible way of being able to de-code all of these letters or is it a lost cause? Or does it even matter? I know I have the Z52 suspension, 2.73 rear end ratio, torch red trim, heated mirrors, and one more thing was the week built. If you have any idea, and can put it in a language that an idiot can remember, put it on the forum or a different place to go to figure it out.
