Odd question

Is there a particular paint code... for the (94 coupe) under hood (black) ?
Have a few spots that can use a little touch up/rattle can.

even if there was, heat kills it... I would use satin black for engines or grills, and do the entire underhood.

I'm liking the newish ceramic paints, from DupliColor and maybe others. I have used the clear over polished aluminum, with good result but haven't shopped satin black.

Proper prep work will allow good adhesion, as with any paint, so ensure all oil and wax is removed and at least scuff with ScotchBrite or something.

I have used Krylon "Semi-flat" black and it looks very close to the OEM underhood paint. Note that Krylon also has a "semi-gloss" version and that has too much gloss in that paint.
