Do you mean the nut-serts for the luggage rack? It would depend on if your rack was an OE accessory or someone else's. I would expect *M6 X 1.0 if it was a GM accessory package. Take your screws to a quality hardware store and see what fits it for a nut. Then buy the appropriate nut-sert for the install. Post back the size of your screws and I believe I can point you to the correct nut-sert. Nut-sert or well-nut is generally the terminology used for them. Were yours rubber cushioned mounts or were your collapsible metal?

** I found information that contradicts that and I believe if it's a factory OE install the hardware is M5 X 0.8, the hole in the deck should be 9.5mm which is nearly 3/8". The head of the nut-sert/well-nut should be 14.3mm or very close. If you confirm the M5 I believe I've got some part numbers for you. If they're something other than M5 mention that and I'll give you correct information for the hardware that matches the dimensions you supply.
