No. The only thing that's correct is the bolt pattern.

To each his own. Its your ride, the only one who has to be happy is you. Ive always liked the Rally style rims. Check aftermarket classic rim suppliers, just make sure you find the right offset, size and bolt pattern. Anything OEM will not work as mentioned.

15 incher's on a C4 would be just wrong. if I'm not mistaken, somebody out there makes those rally style wheels in 16 and 17 inch sizes, and maybe even 18's - not that that would make it right, but better than 15's

When the C4 was being designed, the wheels were going to be a 15" size. The 1983 sale brochure showed pics of that car with the 15" aluminum wheel. Here's a pic of the wheel:

But fitting OEM steel Rallye wheels to the C4 would be difficult. The biggest problem would be offset. The early C4 wheels had a +38mm offset and IIRC the Rallye wheel had a -.50" offset. Those wheels in the 15x8 size had a 4" backspace.

Default Rims

I've looked at this on and off today, on the car in the picture it really looks right to me. On a C4, I think it's possible but I'd like to see it. On 2d glance at the photo, could be the chrome bumpers that finish off the image, but that's just me.

First off, I think something like 17" would be best to keep as much sidewall as possible, assuming you also could get chrome beauty rings, center caps and proper size (width, backspace etc) and finish. I know there are those that will disagree but I think the white letter tires make the combination. I know it's old school but I think another combo that could look good would be redline tires also. This really depends on the car also. Definitely would go with Red, I also think Dark Blue or Black, convertible first and coupe second. I don't see it potentially working out with any other color vehicle.

I think it would be interesting to try photoshopping those wheels onto a C4 and see how it looks. Might be interesting.
