Use the door key to unlock the door.

I know putting the key in the door disarms the alarm. I'm looking to disable it permanetly. Was wondering if there is a fuse that controls it...

Ok, don't lock the door and it won't be armed.
If your having an issue with the system, why don't you give more details and perhaps someone can help?

You can disarm it with your fob. Procedure is in owners manual or FSM.
I did it years ago and put away the fob

PKE does not work most of the time. The passenger's side door will lock itself without the fob or using electric door locks. Sometimes the interior lights will stay on after closing the doors or will not come on at all. Sometimes the alarm will go off even if I have not locked the doors or set the alarm. I hope this is enough information...

FOB has nothing to do with the alarm.
The FOB will lock/unlock the doors though, and that locking/unlocking is what arms/disarms the alarm.
You can do the same thing even without the FOB
