i don't even think you could get away with this without either flaring the fenders or installing inboard offset wheels or both, without severe interference between bodypanel and tire.
Photoshop right? I think it looks great. My front is that low, about 1 inch from the skid bars in front to the ground. My front spoiler rubs on everything. I would like to get the rear of the car down more, but I only have a few threads left on the passenger side bolt. You will have to be very carefull and go SLOW over driveways, bumps, etc.

Re: Too Low? (Tx96LT1)
Awesome photshop job  but I'd hate to say ti but it is way too low to be driveable. Your oil filter, sump, gearbox, floorboards, front lower bumper supports, crossmember, exhaust and plastic fender liners would last about two miles if you ran that low.
I've just got the standard aftermarket lowering kit on mine and I dare not go lower for fear of taking out my ZF on a nasty bump. I have friends who have had their Vettes a little lower but they have to be that much more careful. Depends on where you drive and how many miles you do I guess.

dude....mine already rubs on everything in the world at stock height. And you want to lower iyours even more? Stock up on front spoilers is my advice, youll need 'em. :jester

Re: Too Low?
Yes, mine is almost that low in the front and it hits on everything. I measured from the ground to the bottom of my front spoiler one day and it is less than 3". Also, you would have a hard time getting the rear that low, and even if you could you don't want to. Just at a guess, but I think my rear is about an inch higher than the front, and it looks perfect. I'd post pics, but I don't have any develped yet (I've got three rolls of film waiting to go to the store).
Here is my '92 as it sat. It rubbed the hood and hit just about anything on the convertible cross member. A tad too low IMO to be practical. Looked good though.
