Automatic ZR-1 Convertable
So I was walking through the parking lot today with a friend when he says, "Hey look, a ZR-1." I look over and see no ZR-1, but wait.....it has ZR-1 emblems on it so it must be a ZR-1 right?!?!? My friend really thought it was a ZR-1. This is just one of my pet peevs. How many FAKE ones have you seen?

Saw one the other day in Tarpon Springs/Clearwater area. Is for sale at a car lot on 19. Has 40th anniversary and ZR1 badges on targa band, but no other markings. When the lot boy opened the hood :lol:
He's asking 14K for it...what a deal he tells me :smash:
Got the VIN but havn't had a chance to run it yet :p:

Slapping ZR-1 badges on anything other than a real ZR-1 is just another form of rice. Might as well slap on a VTEK (sic) badge too.

There is a fake one in my town same thing automatic and a vert. I've seen so many real ones, I can tell the fake ones by the width of the car. :crazy:
