I can see why a '91 like my will beat the '92 to 60 (as indicated by the info) b/c of the difference in Torque but why is the '94 slower to 60 than a '93? Other than this the numbers seem fairly accurate although gear differences will affect the times. It did not happen to specify manual or auto or the gear ratio on these cars did it?
Car and Driver tested a '95 6-speed and got 5.1. According to the article, there were no mechanical changes from '94 to '95 other than some tweaking of the "squeaks and rattles" and other quality issues. A '94 should be similar (of course, depending on the driver, condition of the car and environmental conditions.)

The times were probably recorded at different tracks, different weather conditions, different drivers, etc. I thought C4's gained 10 torque in 94, if anything it should be a little quicker than a 93.
As I mentioned in the last post, I'm not sure if these numbers are 100% accurate. They have an 85 going 0-60 in 5.7 sec and the 1/4 in 14.1. That's the same as the 92 LT1. Doesn't sound right.
