Shes a keeper
While I was in the garage working on my car lastnight the Mrs sent me this while she was on her way home from work.
And when she got home, she didnt ask for anything! Should I be scared??

They may start out saying this and that how much they like your vette, then they realise the car gets more of your attention.
Then the jealousy starts, why don't you buy a ''normal'' car.
Why don't you buy me expensive presents, do i need to go on familliar isn't it.
To hard to get out of.
Too noisy.
Too jerky (hurts her neck during hard acceleration).
Too many people stare (its the car huney not you will get a slap on your face) Do you know those people etc lol
Suspension too harsh.
I take too long to find that "perfect parking spot" (i have to protect my baby
)
Oh and she don't like the supercharger whine, sais something is wrong with my vette.
I think she knows to not ask "its me or the vette"
Enjoy it while it lasts

Ah, you guys. This is the real reason why there are so many Corvette show and shines. Sure, it is a great place to meet fellow enthusiasts, get ideas, and all that, sure, whatever. No the real reason is so that you can take your wife, to meet the wives of other Corvette guys. They become fast friends with eachother. This does two things, one of course, frees you up to talk cars with the other guys, but more importantly, and follow along...Women are social creatures. When the get all dolled up, guys, it's not for you, it's to show for the other gals. Now, when these women become friends, they like to see eachother. However, in this case, it's usually at the shows. So, they know that no Corvette means no shows, and they don't get to see their "Corvette" friends.
So, when they start getting on you about the car, go to some local shows. Once they meet the other women, they will insist on you keeping the car. They will even give you car stuff at Christmas. If you don't believe me, just go to a show and look around, you'll see what I mean.

Lmao! My wife wanted a second corso since the first one (female)liked me more. So we got a male thinking he might bond with my wife and he ended up liking me even more than the female. Lol.

My wife has her 'Black Betty' and I have my 'vette. Sad part is her TA will absolutely kill my '88 at the drags. NOT looking forward to that LOL! Our four year old son reminds me that 'your Corvette is fast but not as fast as Black Betty'. He does this once or twice a week. Just in case I'd forget hahaha!

At the TA Nats this August...
My '88 base coupe. Currently dropping in a mildly reworked L05 350. M'lady is running an LT1/T56 combo that spun 356hp/373tq on the dyno this summer. Like I said...I'll lose.
He does this once or twice a week. Just in case I'd forget hahaha!Later,
