96 CE windshield wiper gremlin
While driving home from an awesome all Corvette show at Flagler Beach, FL yesterday my windshield wipers started coming on and off all by itself. I'm thinking the problem is in the printed circuit board inside the wiper motor control cover or the multi function lever at the steering wheel. FSM is a little vague about this. Any suggestions how to pin point the problem?
