For what you have available in money, there is nothing that will help add power. There are some cheap things out there that say they will add HP and torque, but what they really do is simply to lighten your wallet.
Exhaust would be the best way to add some power; but it would be in the form of headers and maybe true duals. That could add 20HP or so but a set of good headers and the exhaust work could run into something like $600 to $700
You may want to start with something simple like new plugs, cap and rotor and plug wires. The OEM coil will provide more than enough power for even mildly nodded engine. If nothing else, that's a good way to keep the car running good and could help with improved gas mileage.
Well, if marketing claims are to be believed, here are a few items that add astronomical power for pennies. (Can't understand why everybody hasn't bought some one/all of these...)
Maybe a wax job. I always feel my car is faster after a good shine is applied! Otherwise $100 isn't going to buy many ponies, as others have said.

I pretty much agree with what's already been said.
The average horsepower (true horsepower, not advertising hp) costs about $50 per. Using that basis, you're going to get about 2hp for your $100.
Better to spend the money on new plugs and air filter element; you'll get a better return on your money.
Hey, alot of people have expressed that this intake air foil does nothing for gains. However, Ecklers says it can give you up to 12 more HP/torque. This installs in about 5 minutes right into the opening of the throttle body.

I'm currently developing a lighter weight air for your tires. Extra 15hp! It's going to be the next big thing! Send me the $100.00 and I'll send some right out to you by "Air Mail".
