mirror tint
i have posted this in reply to a couple other peoples posts but never got an answer. has anyone ever seen a c4 or c5 with mirror window tinting? Not 1/3 or the way up like a ricer but all the way up?(obviously ilegal) i have heard about it but never seen it. does anyone have any pictures or mirror tinting on any two door sportscar? firebird, camaro, vett, stang, stealth, ect? thank a lot

I don't think mirror on a 'vette would look good. Only on a silver C4, pewter or Quicksilver C5. In any case, black tint looks great no matter what. Just my $.02 :cheers:

I've seen it on a bunch of f-body's around my area. I was thinking of doing my windows in the silver with some blue flame cutouts. Just need to get the money together to have the back hatch professionally tinted. I think I can do the side windows myself, but not the hatch, too many curves.

i have seen it on one 93-97 black Z28 camaro and it looked badass! yes i know it was illgeal but not anymore illegal than say limo tint. to make it even better i think the guy had a full exhaust system with headers cause i used to see it at school and when he would leave the pakring lot his exhaust would set off all the alarms of the little imports!

check your state laws because the highly mirrored tint is illegal in some states.

I've wanted to do this to mine too! :) I did get pulled over on I-75 outside of Tampa for having too dark of tint on my pick-up. I just got a warning and you can see inside my truck from the outside(not limo), so I know they'd stop the Vette with mirror tint! :mad
