Trying to diagnose no cranking issue. Need to know the location of the neutral safety switch , auto trans. Also working on air conditioning compressor replacement. Where is the orifice tube which should be in one of the hoses. I can not find it in my setup.

The neutral safety switch is under the center console, under the shifter, I believe on the drivers side of the transmission. It's a black arc, connected to a silver baseplate. It is a little ways down, and isn't the easiest part to get to (what is, in this car?) but it's doable. Take off the center console cover and it should be visible without taking much else off.

Hi

Below is the starter wiring diagram.

The Orifice tube is in the small pipe that goes into the a/c fan box in the engine bay, you need to undo the nut and move the pipe aside and reach in with a pointy nose pliers.
Turn and pull the office tube out.
